They say even the most unlucky ones end up spotting tigers at Tadoba! Located in the Chandrapur district of Maharashtra, Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve is the oldest and largest national park of Maharashtra. The bamboo forests have long been home to the elusive carnivore living both in the buffer and core zones. While Kolara Gate (12 km) attracts the maximum number of tourists, the other gates nonetheless promise an exhilarating safari experience with animal-spotting.

  Apart from that, you can discover nearby villages, talk to the locals mostly occupied in dairy and farm businesses, listen to the tales of tiger or leopard-encounter. A few small shops around the resort have essential items on offer. However, if you would like to go shopping, head to Nagpur, 105 km from the resort. From silks to sweets, the city has an array of items to delight the shopper in you.
